Scott Weldon is a seasoned political and public affairs strategist with over 15 years of experience driving campaigns, communications, and advocacy initiatives at the highest levels. From Capitol Hill to statehouses and campaign war rooms, Scott has led winning efforts for members of Congress, major corporations, and public policy organizations.
 

He most recently served as Vice President at LINK Public Affairs, where he advised clients across sectors on public affairs initiatives, strategic messaging, and crisis communications.

His background includes serving as Deputy Chief of Staff to U.S. Congressman Jeff Van Drew, where he managed legislative and communications operations during a high-profile party switch.

He previously directed communications and political strategy for other House offices and played a critical role in campaign victories that defied the odds—including helping defeat a 16-year incumbent while being outspent more than 10-to-1.
 

Scott has also served as Chief of Staff in the private sector, where he led public and government relations efforts and oversaw organizational strategy.

He began his career in Virginia politics as a legislative aide and campaign manager and holds a B.A. in History from Old Dominion University, where he competed as a Division I athlete.
